We are retained by a number of clients to identify a Chairman or CEO for businesses they are actively targeting or sectors they deem to be target rich. We would expect these individuals to work closely with our clients pre deal with a view to taking on a more formal role post completion.
Management Due Diligence
We offer a tailored Management Due Diligence service for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. We focus on the areas most important to the investor and/or board and have completed projects across a wide range of sectors. Referencing can range from one individual to the full management team.
Investment Professionals
We search primarily for senior investment professionals across Europe. Having worked for several years in Private Equity we understand what makes a good investment professional, the different skills required, team dynamics, and the complexity of compensation structures.
Portfolio Searches
Our portfolio company work focuses on finding CEOs and Chairmen. Working closely with both the board and the investor, we can ensure that we identify the most appropriate candidate for that particular stage of the company's development.
