After graduating from Manchester University, Madeleine spent six years with Kleinwort Benson in global fixed income sales, based both in London and New York.

She then worked as a fund manager with Saudi International Bank for nine years, latterly as Head of Fixed Income.

Madeleine moved into Executive Search in 2000 and at Cobalt Partners focuses on Media, Financial Services and IT Services.
