Cobalt Partners are a Pan European search firm that work
with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Kathy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and holds a bachelor's degree in law from UCL.

She spent four years with PwC Corporate Finance in London and Amsterdam before joining the 3i Buyout team in 2004. At 3i she worked on a number of transactions including the buyout of Freightliner and latterly focussed on corporate development in the General Industrial sector.

Kathy joined Cobalt in 2010 and focuses on the industrial manufacturing and services sectors.
